Biography
| Im Headz, also known as Tiago Duarte, I am 22 years old and live in Queijas, Lisbon. I got interessed in digital forms of art about 5 years ago when I went to this level 3 multimedia course that allowed me to get in touch with lots of essencial tools such as photoshop, illustrator, flash, premiere and many others. In this course i learned how to edit photography, edit video, basic web concepts, action script, how to draw with vectors, how to page a magazine but the thing that caught my attention imediatly was: photo-manipulation - The possibility of having an image constructed by me, the way i want, editing colors, contrats, texturizing skin and many other things made me fall instantly in love with this digital form of art. Nowadays, i got a day part-time job at a fancy restaurant and at night i dive into the darkness of my imagination and become one with my computer and my inner-self. My artistic tendency is Dark Art, not exactly terror (zombies and vampires and all that kind of typical stuff), but "Dark"-my imagination always seems to head to the deeper and darkest corners of my mind wich always results in wicked strong illustrations of my creativity. Im not insane, I do not dress in black and drink blood or praze the devil, I'm just a regular guy with a very twisted and frightnig alter ego - This is my work and I sincerily hope you enjoy what you see. |
